DR. JOEL DESAULNIERS

Dr. Joel L. Desaulniers is a highly experienced and trusted Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine with over four decades of clinical practice helping patients improve their health, mobility, and overall quality of life. He earned his chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College in 1981 and has been providing personalized chiropractic care in the Atlanta metro area ever since.
Dr. Desaulniers is the owner and lead chiropractor of Smyrna Integrated Health & Chiropractic, where he offers a whole-body, drug-free approach to wellness for patients of all ages. Under his direction, the practice focuses on integrated care — combining traditional chiropractic techniques with lifestyle coaching, corrective exercises, posture guidance, nutritional counseling, and preventative health strategies to support long-term well-being.
In addition to his Smyrna practice, Dr. Desaulniers also serves patients at Kennesaw West Chiropractic & Rehab, a respected chiropractic clinic in Kennesaw, Georgia. At this location, he provides the same high standard of care — addressing back pain, neck pain, headaches, spinal misalignment, and other musculoskeletal conditions with precision and compassion.
Throughout his career, Dr. Desaulniers has remained deeply committed to professional development and clinical excellence. He is a past board member of the Georgia Chiropractic Association, a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and has served as an examiner for Part Four of the national board. He is also a long-standing member of the American Chiropractic Association and continues to pursue postgraduate education annually.
